We are endlessly seeking for internal peace in different ways — through exercise, reading, music, extra sleep, solitude — to each their own.

WHERE IT ALL STARTED
I’ve spent most of my life self-neglecting, seeking validation from others, waiting for happiness to find me… the list goes on. I had to get to a really dark place to understand the severity of my self-inflicting behavior and I knew that I had a decision to make – I could either take better care of myself or possibly lose everything and everyone I love.

I’m here today because I made the better decision and when I did, I found my life slowly starting to turn around. It started with simple self-care routines, such as rewarding myself at the end of a day by lighting a candle and putting a facemask on. It eventually turned into developing healthier habits, unlearning my destructive behaviors and most importantly, finding happiness and peace with who I am.

There are times when I relapse back into deep sadness and anxiety because healing and growth does not happen overnight but the more I practice self-care, the easier it is for me to get out of those situations. Stas Essentials is an embodiment of my journey with self-love, self-healing and self-care that is still going on till this day. I created these products not only to share my story, but to inspire others towards that direction as well.
