Once an order has been placed, you can no longer cancel, return or exchange it. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction so if you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at info@stasessentials.com and we will happily replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship ONLY throughout the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii. We currently do not ship internationally.
HOW DOES COVID-19 AFFECT MY ORDER?
