Many of us look for sustainable choices in the products that we buy, even for something as simple as a candle. Stas Essentials strives to provide sustainable and eco-friendly candles, from our top quality ingredients all the way down to the packaging, as our goal is to create products that we ethically stand by.

THE WAX
All of our candles are made from luxurious Virgin Coconut Soy wax, a vegan blend of coconut and natural soy. There is a minuscule amount of highly refined food-grade paraffin wax that acts to enhance the overall performance by producing an excellent hot throw. Because the nature of the paraffin wax is highly refined food-grade, it is still considered to be in the natural category.

THE WICK
Wooden wicks are non-toxic, organic and 100% eco-friendly as they burn cleaner and longer. Thousands of wooden wicks can be produced from a single tree. Unlike cotton wicks, wooden wicks do not create mushrooming and produce minimal carbon buildup, debris or sooting. Not to mention, they also give the best comfort by producing a soothing crackling sound, similar to a fireplace, when lit.
THE FRAGRANCE
All fragrances used in Stas Essential products are non-toxic and 100% phthalate-free. The fragrance oils used are synthetic and do not contain hazardous chemicals such as carcinogens, mutagens, reproductive toxins, organ toxins or acute toxins.
THE VESSEL AND THE LID
Our candle jars are made up of 100% recyclable glass. Remaining wax should be removed prior to recycling the jar. Our lids are also eco-friendly, as they are made from wood.
THE WICK CLIP + STICKER
The wick clips are manufactured from recyclable cold-rolled steel and the wick stickers are derived from natural materials, making them both sustainable.

OUR PACKAGING
All of our packaging supplies are 100% recyclable.
